On 9th August 2023, the students of M.Design Interior & Experience Design, Semester 1 of UID visited The Living Interior, in the heart of the City of Ahmedabad as a part of the ‘Interior Systems and Services’ accompanied by Prof Geeta Chaudhary ( Insta ID – geet_0choudhary)

The visit gave an insight to the students about the function, creation, and science behind various windows and doors and their mechanisms under the ardent guidance of The Manager of Tostem by Lixil.

The students took away with them a plethora of knowledge about how the industry works and is evolving every day. They got to learn about the technologies being used in the modern era and how windows and doors have come a long way in craftsmanship and technology.

Additionally, the building of The Living Interior was designed by the renowned designer Cana Patel of HCP, Ahmedabad

This experience taught the students about the importance of details in any space.
