Student Works.
When rituals turn into blessings and blessings into art, it becomes the origin of elegance poured into shape of love. What our 3rd Year Lifestyle Accessory Design student Jatin Sehgal has crafted is a graceful ode to the the essence of jewellery in the lives of women.
Jatin took inspiration from the traditional Thewa Jewellery and converted them into modernised fine jewellery using the key elements of ‘Thewa Craft’ of Pratapgath, Rajasthan.
The uber-jewellery collection, namely ‘Riwayat’ (Riwaz+Inayat=Riwayat), celebrates and encapsulates the beautiful moments of women’s life.
