Interior and Furniture Design (IFD)
IFD3: Parametric Design
he course emphasizes fundamental scripting with an emphasis on algorithms for creating complex
patterns and connections by applying geometric ideas and parametric tools.
IFD4: Crafted by Nature
he program emphasizes a practical comprehension of the natural processes that take place through a
variety of material processes, such as micro- and macro-scale weaving, folding, and layering.
Animation and Digital Media (ADM)
ADM3: 2D Digital Animation
Students learn to apply traditional principles of animation to mainstream 2D digital processes using
Adobe Suite.
ADM4: Graphic Narratives
This course helps to xtend knowledge and approaches to visual storytelling in relation to Illustration
and Animation industry practice, society and culture, individual skills, abilities, perceptions and
experiences.
Automobile and Transportation Design (ATD)
ATD4: Automotive Design Drawing II
Automotive Design Drawing is a course that focuses on teaching students the skills and techniques
required to draw automobiles. Students learn to create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings of
automotive designs using traditional and digital tools. The course emphasizes the importance of form,
proportion, and surface detailing in automotive design.
ATD5: Physical Modelling II
Physical model-making techniques course teaches students how to create physical prototypes and models of
vehicles. In this course, students will learn about materials, tools, and techniques used to create scale
models of cars and other vehicles. They will explore techniques such as Advance clay modeling, foam
carving, and 3D printing to create accurate and visually appealing physical models for design validation
and presentation.
VC3: Illustration
This course aims to develop students’ ability to interpret texts and concepts into visual images, create
illustrations by drawing, constructing, and inventing, and demonstrate a better understanding of the
fundamentals of illustration.
VC4: Infographics
The course aims to teach students how to analyze statistics and extract core information, familiarize
themselves with different types of infographics, and convert statistical information into informative and
entertaining visuals. It also focuses on developing their ability to communicate effectively through data
visualization.
GDS3:2D Game Asset Creation and Integration
In this course, the students will be able to understand the 2D Game asset creation workflow.
Conceptualize the game asset they want to create. Create and manage all digital assets related to specific
levels for original game concepts.
GDS4: Matte-painting-II
This course allows students to plan, do research, and design digital matte paintings matching
live-action footage. Analyze and creatively solve compositional and lighting problems related to digital
matte creation. Students will explore weathering, aging, Day to night, changing the session, and replacing
parts of the render to brake CG feeling. work for VFX and compositing shots.
Research Methodology
The subject will build an ability to instigate novel ideas and in the process gain deeper
insights into a subject in a systematized way.
Social Innovation
To develop the ability to understand the lifecycle of social innovation and the approach that may be
used to operationalize it.
Portfolio Design
This course provides a basic understanding of the documentation process in portfolio making, to gain
better graphic visualization skills, and an ability to create storytelling through projects.
Studio- Interdisciplinary Design Project
Students will be able to document, articulate, present, and communicate their process and designs
vis-a-vis the group’s process, through a learning journal in the most appropriate modes of communication-
visual and verbal.
