About my Project:
Every company has its own Organic workflow which includes every step from developing design methodologies to implementing it. Which may directly get related to its infrastructure, employees, processes, and culture. To design workflow and track everything easily, work and individual authorities among employees are divided. External factors like deadlines, evolution in technology, and internal factors like limited knowledge, communication gap, create inconvenience in the system, which may lead to chaos. When all these factors are taken under one umbrella and are aligned properly to make one proper system a better work environment is created.
Project Direction
To Productize the DesignOps System which manages rapidly escalating design complexities in large design teams, that is completely oriented or
focused on design operations specifically.
